Horse Training
Horse boarding and training at Rivers Edge Farm are intertwined to give you and your horse the maximum benefits of exact nutrition, precise shoeing and vet care, tailored training rides and a lesson plan to teach you how to get the best results from your horse.
Owner/Trainer Susan Horn and Assistant Trainer Jamie MacLeod’s mission is to train you and your horse to the highest level possible. They work as a team to suggest obtainable goals, incorporating them into a unique lesson and training program tailored to meet the needs of both horse and rider.
Depending on your needs, you will participate in at least two lessons a week and your horse in at least one training ride to keep everyone on the same page and working toward the same goals. Susan Horn and Jamie MacLeod accompany you and your horse to assorted shows throughout New England to Florida so you can test your equestrian abilities and reap the rewards of your hard work. There are also miles of trails to work on conditioning or for relaxing on a hack. Rivers Edge Farm offers the complete package for building the perfect riding team!
